3 and 1/3 cup all purpose flour (416g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder (2g)
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
1/4 cup softened butter (55g) unsalted
Sugar Glaze:
1 and 1/4 cup icing sugar (160g)
1/4 cup melted butter (55g)
3 tbsp milk (45ml)
SPANISH:
Esto es lo que necesitará:
1 taza de leche tibia (250 ml)
1 huevo grande
2 cucharadas de azúcar (25 g)
2 cucharadas de leche condensada azucarada (25 g)
3 y 1/3 taza de harina para todo uso (416 g)
2 y 1/4 cucharaditas de levadura instantánea (7 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
1/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada en polvo (2 g)
1 cucharadita de vainilla en polvo o extracto de vainilla
1/4 taza de mantequilla ablandada (55 g) sin sal
Glaseado de azúcar:
1 y 1/4 taza de azúcar glas (160 g)
1/4 taza de mantequilla derretida (55 g)
3 cucharadas de leche (45 ml)
