This is a easy, fresh and not too sweet mousse recipe.. Only made with very few ingredients..
You can make this anytime(if you can find strawberries around😉) and decorate it on your own way..

This recipe is for about 8 servings

INGREDIENTS:

– 425g Strawberries (washed, drained &cut in to quarters, this will make it easy to puree)
– 80g Sugar
– 7g Gelatine (no color)
– 3 Tbsps of cold water
– 1 Cup Heavy whipping cream (chilled)
– Few strawberries for decorations

**I am separating around 6 tbsps of strawberry puree, which is enough for 4 glasses. If you are planning to decorate more glasses separate more out. Make sure to increase the strawberry amount if you tend to take more puree out for decoration purposes.
