strawberry sorbet
Ingredients:
Pre-frozen strawberries – 700 g
Syrup – 3-4 tbsp.
Coconut milk – 1 dl
Juice – 1/2 lime / lemon (optional, if you like it with sourness)
Cooking:
Let the strawberries refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Serve with a mint leaf.
