Super Crispy CHICKEN FINGERS

Ingredients
Chicken breast
Crispy seasoning mix
100 ml of fresh milk
1 egg
Salt
Preparation
1- Cut desired amount of chicken breast into chunks.
2- Whisk 1 egg with 100 ml of fresh milk and about 1 tsp of salt in a bowl.
3- Add the chicken pieces into the milk mixture and refrigerate for about an hour.
4- Coat the chickens with crispy seasoning mix and deep fry until golden brown.
5- Pass the fried chicken onto a roll towel lined plate to drain away the excess oil before serving.
6- Enjoy!
