Ingredients
½ cup of icing sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
3 egg yolks
250 g of softened butter
400 g of corn starch
Preparation
1- In a large bowl, combine 3 egg yolks with 1/2 cup of icing sugar, 250 g of softened butter, 1 tsp of baking powder and 400 g of cornstarch. Knead thoroughly.
2- Take walnut sized pieces from the dough and roll into balls.
3- Place the balls on a parchment lined baking tray.
4- Bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated at 180 °C.
5- Set aside to cool.
6- Dust with icing sugar before serving.
7- Enjoy!
