How to make a Supersoft Cheese Pandesal that stays soft for days.
Pandesal is a common bread roll in the Philippines. It is a Filipino version of dinner roll but dredge in bread crumbs. Sweet, a little bit salty, soft and fluffy we enjoyed this every morning. But this time it’s filled with cheddar cheese.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
2 tbsps condensed milk (30g)
3 tbsps sugar (45g)
2 tsps instant yeast (6g)
1/4 cup milk powder (50g)
3 and ½ cup all purpose flour (440g)
1/3 cup butter (70g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
16 pieces square cheddar cheese (10g each)
Breadcrumbs

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 25-28 minutes.
