In this video, I will show you how to make a delicious thai soup – Tom Yum Goong (Hot and Sour soup). It’s healthy and can be enjoyed year round. Load it up with your favorite vegetables! Yum!
+Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter
½ lb Shrimp
1 cup onions (sliced)
½ cup onions (chopped)
3 slices of ginger or 1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp liquid aminos/soy sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 Limes (juice)
1 tsp thai chili sauce
3-5 drops Lemongrass EO or 1 tsp fresh lemongrass
2 cups carrots, onions, celery frozen veggie mix
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sea salt
Dash turmeric
Dash black pepper
Dash chili powder
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
8 cups water (filtered)
2 Bay leaves
5 Basil leaves
1 sprig Thyme
1 sprig Rosemary
½ cup Bean sprouts
¼ cup green onions (chopped)
+Garnish
Rice noodles (cooked)
Cilantro
