1 tbsp sugar (10g)
2 tsp active dry yeast (6g)
1 cup warm milk (200ml)
1 egg
1/3 cup unsalted butter (75g)
3 ¼ cup all purpose flour (407g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 tbsp sugar
Filling:
½ cup unsalted butter (115g)
½ cup brown sugar (100g)
1/3 cup condensed milk
¾ cup bread crumbs (90g)
¼ cup all purpose flour (33g)
1/3 cup cream (80g) you can use all purpose cream, heavy cream or whipping cream
