500g (17.6 oz) – Fresh or Frozen Cranberries – Split into 400g (14.1 oz) and 100g (3.5 oz)
1 Cup (200g) – Granulated White Sugar
1/2 Cup (120ml) – Cold Water
Zest of 1/2 Orange
Juice of 1/2 Orange
Zest of 1 Whole Lemon
