This is a toddler friendly recipe
GROUND BEEF & PASTA STIRFRY⤵️
1/4 cup onions, diced
1 cup elbow pasta
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp cooking wine
1/2 cup no sugar added ketchup, I use @heinz
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Cilantro, garnish
Black pepper, garnish
oil, for cooking
1. Cooking 1 cup of pasta according to the package. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet/ wok or pan, heat up some oil.
3. Once oil is hot, add your onions and sauce until slightly translucent and fragrant
4. Then add ground beed and cook until a little over 50% of it is cooked.
5. Then add cooking wine and @heinz No Sugar Added Ketchup. Cook this for ~3 mins.
6. Next add garlic powder, soy sauce and cooked pasta. Combine well.
7. I top mine off with cilantro & black pepper but for the boysenberries, I did not add any of these.
