UBE CUPCAKES
Ube Cupcakes is a great treat in every bite. Let’s indulge together in the aroma of ube. Here are the ingredients:
7 eggwhites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar or vinegar or lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
7 egg yolks
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp concentrated ube flavoring
1/2 cup ube halaya
