Unbelievably Yummy Supersoft Cream Cheese Roll❗

Here’s what you’ll need:
3 and 1/4 cup bread flour (410g)
3 tbsps sugar (40g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 large egg
1 cup milk (250ml) room temp
1/4 cup butter (60g) unsalted
Cream Cheese Filling:
227 grams cream cheese (8 0z)
1-2 tbsps sugar
