Vanilla Cup Cake- Soft & Moist
Not sure why it took this long to make this video but I am happy to share my super easy vanilla cupcake recipe finally with you all. These are very soft & moist cupcakes made using buttermilk. Buttermilk gives a very soft texture to these cupcakes. I am frosting these with easy vanilla buttercream frosting that goes perfect with these soft delicious cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS:
CUPCAKES
-150g (2/3g) Butter, room temperature soften
-160g (1 1/4cup + 1 tbsp) all-purpose flour
-150g (3/4cup) Sugar, using granulated
-2 large eggs, room temperature
-118ml (1/2 cup) milk, room temperature
-5ml (1/2 tsp) White distilled vinegar or use lemon juice
-4g (1 tsp) Baking powder
-3g (1/2 tsp) Baking soda
-3g (1/4 tsp) Salt
-8g (2 tsp) Vanilla extract
FROSTING
-113g (1/2 cup) butter, room temperature soften
-300g (3 cups) Confectioners/Icing Sugar, sifted
-4g (1 tsp) Vanilla extract
-7g (1/2 tbsp) Heavy whipping cream
PAN
Cupcake or a muffin pan 12-cup
BAKE
Preheat oven to 350F/180C degrees for about 20 minutes and bake for 13-16 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean. It took me exactly 15 minutes to bake these cupcakes. Time will change according to different ovens.
