Ingredients
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons
Chopped garlic – 10 grams
Chopped ginger – 10 grams
Chopped green chillies – 3
Chopped cabbage – 25 grams
Chopped carrot – 20 grams
Chopped french beans – 15 grams
Chopped capsicum – 20 grams
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
Chilli sauce – 2 teaspoon
Water – 400 ml
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
Cornflour (2 tablespoon) + Water (10 ml)
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Preparation
In a kadhai add cooking oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and mix well. Add chopped carrot, chopped french beans, chopped capsicum and mix well. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and water. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes with the kadhai covered. Add black pepper, chopped coriander, cornflour + water, vinegar and mix well till the soup thickens slightly.
