With very few ingredients needed using sugar instead of jaggery.. So if you are overseas and you can’t fine jaggery, you can make this using dark brown sugar..I have listed below the ingredients and products I used that you can find online…

Ingredients:
6 Large Eggs
400ml Thick Coconut milk
2 Cups of dark brown sugar (dark brown sugar brings the dark color)
4-5 Cardamom cloves crushed
1 tsp Vanilla essence

BAKE:
Bake 375F for 1 hour (this time depends upon ovens) or until a skewer inserted comes out clean..Check after an hour to see if it is done..As the temperatures will change in different ovens..

STEAM:
If you want to steam this in a stove, you can steam in medium heat for about 45-50 minutes, again check by inserting a skewer and check whether its done.. If needed can keep for another few minutes.

MICROWAVE:
15-17 minutes in microwave in HIGH
