Yema Cheesecake No Drip | Savor Easy
Today, I will show you how to make Filipino’s all time favorite, the yummy Yema Cheesecake. Quick and easy to follow. Here are the ingredients:
Sponge Cake
7 eggwhites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
7 egg yolks
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cups water
1 tsp vanilla
Yema frosting:
1 and 1/2 cup condensed milk
5 eggyolks
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Cheddar cheese for topping (as much as you want).
*Bake at 170-180 C for 35-40 minutes using a bottom oven fire.
*I used two 9 inches pan in this recipe
Stack, frost and top. Enjoy!
