The Gozney Dome vs Gozney Roccbox – Two Different Pizza Ovens
I picked up the Gozney Roccbox about a month and a half ago and fell in love with it, but I wanted something a little bigger and that could use wood as a fuel a little easier. I was pretty lucky the the Atlanta Grill Company had a few of the new Gozney Domes on the way and I got my order in before they sold out in a matter of hours. In this video I go over the basic differences and cook a couple pizzas to show the difference… The Roccbox is much easier to get as it has been on the market much longer where the Dome is a recent release and still has many backorders! Both ovens have either a single fuel source option (Roccbox = Gas, Dome = Wood) or a dual fuel source option (wood & gas). The Roccbox wood option in my opinion is not worth the hassle and cost, but you my find it different.

Have you noticed an improvement in the fire and smoke staying contained to the oven since adding the extension? Just got my dome! Thanks for any info

Is the flue extension necessary to prevent scorching on the oven front if you plan on ONLY using gas?

Thanks and love the video!

About ready to pull the trigger on this, just wondering why your chimney is higher than most I've seen?
