2 chia eggs (2 tbsp ground chia seeds + 1/3 cup water)
1/4 cup (60 g) peanut butter or nut/seed butter of choice
1/2 cup (40 g) cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (45 g) oat flour (gluten-free if needed)
1/3 cup (110 g) maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp espresso powder (optional)
2-3 oz (60-90 g) dairy-free chocolate chopped (or chocolate chips) + more for the top
