Sweet Rice Cake Recipe
I made strawberry-flavored glutinous rice cake.
The recipe and ingredients are simple and really delicious.
These are very popular rice cakes in Korea today.
*** Weighing is the scale (g), rice spoon (tablespoon), teaspoon (teaspoon) weighing.
✤ Ingredients
-200g glutinous rice flour
-240ml strawberry milk
-40g sugar
-2g of salt
✤ yogurt cream
-70g whipped cream
-80g of sweetened Greek yogurt (sweetened natural yogurt available)
-3 tablespoons of strawberry jam
✤ Do not put in your hands when kneading
-Starch powder (any type)
– Cooking oil (powdered starch can be used)
✤ TIP
-Store rice cakes in the freezer.
– Melt the frozen rice cake for 30 minutes before eating.
