Healthy and nutritious Malunggay Cheese Pandesal is perfect.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup evap milk 200ml ( warm)
¼ cup salted butter 50g
3 cups all purpose flour 375g
¼ cup sugar 50g
2 tsp yeast 6g (instant yeast) (If you use active dry yeast please let it bloom first with liquid ingredients.)
½ tsp salt 4g
1 cup malunggay/moringa leaves
3 tbsp salted butter (additional)
bread crumbs
200g cheddar cheese
