NO BAKE | Caramel Cheesecake Mousse Recipe
This no-bake caramel cheesecake mousse is so delicious and incredibly easy to make! You can pipe these in cups like I did, pipe them in moulds, and even add some graham crackers and turn this recipe into a classic caramel cheesecake!

Recipe: (Makes about 8 mini cups / the cup used in the video would be considered as 2 servings)
For the Caramel sauce:
1/2 C. Granulated sugar (120g)
3 Tbsp Butter (43g) (You can use salted if you prefer)
1/4 C. Heavy cream (60ml)
For the Cheesecake Mousse:
3/4 C. Cream cheese (170g)
1 C. Whipping cream (or heavy cream) (250ml)
Caramel sauce (use about 3/4 of the quantity and leave some to drizzle over the mousse)
⚠️NOTE: After adding the cream to the caramel sauce, if the caramel hardens you can heat it back up and it’ll be good to go
