Maida – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
Butter – 1 + 1/2 + 1 tbsp
Milk – 2 tbsp for brushing
Pizza Oregano / Mix herbs – 2 tsp
For Burger Pizza –
For Paprika Substitute – Dry Red Chilli – 4
Water – to soak
For Paneer – Butter – 1 tsp
Haldi Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Kasoori Methi – 1/4 tsp
Paneer – 50g, cut into cubes
Pizza Sauce – 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup,
Pizza Oregano / Mix Herbs – 1 1/2 tsp
Capsicum, Tomato – cut into pieces
Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese – 1/4 cup

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable – C

Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
