Sausage Bread Rolls Recipe
How to make a sausage bread rolls. This recipe yields 16 sausage bread rolls.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 egg (65g)
3 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (437g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 and ¼ teaspoon instant yeast (6-7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
16 pcs cooked sausages or hotdogs
eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk beaten
1 tablespoon sesame seeds for toppings
OVEN – Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s specifications. I’m using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
YEAST – Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there’s one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.
