1 Tbsp (20ml) – Ginger, Grated & Squeezed, Juice Only
3 1/2 Tbsp (70ml) – Soy Sauce
2 1/2 Tbsp (50ml) – Mirin or Sake
1 1/2 Cups (180g) – Corn Flour or Starch
Canola Oil (Enough to fill your pot or pan by half)
5 Spice Salt –
4 – Star Anise
1 tsp (1.5g) – Whole Cloves
1 tsp (1.5g) – Whole Fennel Seeds
1 1/2 tsp (2g) – Szechuan Peppercorns
1 – Small Cinnamon Stick
2/4 Tbsp (8g) – Sea Salt Flakes
