1 – Brown Onion (Yellow Onion) – Sliced Into Rings
1 Cup (250ml) – Buttermilk
1/2 Cup (70g) – Plain Flour (All Purpose)
1/2 tsp (2.5g) – Sea Salt Flakes
1/4 tsp (0.2g) – Ground White Pepper
1/2 tsp (2g) – Garlic Powder
3/4 Cup (180ml) – Soda Water or Beer
4 Cups (1 Litre) – Canola Oil (or enough to fill your pot or pan by 1/4)
Ranch Sauce –
2 – Free Range Egg Yolks
1 tsp (7g) – Dijon Mustard
1/2 – Lemon, Juiced
5g (0.2oz) – Flat Leaf Parsely, Roughly Chopped
5g (0.2oz) – Dill, Roughly Chopped
6 – Chives, Finely Sliced
1 1/2 Cups (375ml) – Olive Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp (1g) – Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp (1g) – Onion Powder
1/2 Cup (125ml) – Buttermilk
