2 tbsp melted butter
2 egg yolks
4 egg whites
2 oz dark chocolate
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
Ā½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp sugar
