Easy To Make – Roasted Cauliflower & Salmon – Traditional Recipes

1 cup (185g) #basmatirice ,
uncooked
2x 5 oz. (145g) cans #tuna in oil,
drained
1β2 #redpepper , diced
2 slices canned #pineapple ,
chopped
1 cup (150g) #sweetcorn , drained
1 cup (180g) kidney beans,
drained
2 tbsp. #chives , chopped
2 tbsp. #cilantro , chopped
4 tbsp. #mayonnaise
1 tsp. #chiliflakes
salt & pepper

What you need to do
1. Cook the rice according to instructions on the packaging, place
in a large bowl and let it cool down completely.
2. Once the rice has cooled, add all the remaining ingredients,
season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
Serve immediately.
