Makes – 6 Cups (1 cup per serving)
Ingredients –
Dry –
4 cups (375g) – Rolled Oats (can be substituted with gluten free oats)
1 Cup (135g) – Whole Almonds, Roughly Chopped
1/2 Cup (65g) – Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
1 1/2 tsp (3g) – Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp (5g) – Sea Salt Flakes
1/2 Cup (45g) – Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup (70g) – Dried Cranberries
Wet –
1/2 Cup (115g) – Coconut Oil, Melted
1/3 Cup (80ml) – Pure Maple Syrup
1 1/2 tsp (7g) – Pure Vanilla Extract (can be substituted with vanilla essence)
