No Oven Chocolate Cupcakes
Eggless chocolate Cupcake recipe:

3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup icing sugar

frosting:
1 cup whipping cream or all purpose cream (chilled)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp icing sugar
