This was a fairly accurate review of these ovens. I own both a Bertello multi fuel oven and the Gozney Roccbox using propane. If a "pizza oven" cannot go above 700 degrees then it shouldn't be considered a true pizza oven. The Mimuo as #1 doesn't make sense to me, so few reviews and owners out there, compared to the Roccbox. This Roccbox oven is built like a tank, and is amazingly simple to use. Also includes a really good peel, and a carrying strap for easy portability ( not sure why that was a Con, as all of these ovens weigh about the same, except maybe the Karu.) The fuel sources for the Roccbox are "modular", and can be easily switched out as needed.
Nice review of some top portable pizza ovens. The #1 Mimiuo had many mistaken photos which were actually of the non-turntable version. I like the concept of the Bertello oven since it is the only one that can use propane to pre-heat the oven then to switch to wood while doing the actual 2-3 minute baking. It downfall for me is that it is made of mild steel which can easily rust over the months here where I live very near the ocean. I suggest that you also look at the BigHorn pellet oven which can be had for about $159. Its build is very similar to the Ooni Karu 12 and Fyre. Thanks
