Crispy Macaroni Kurkure Namkeen
Macaroni – 2 cups
Water to boil
Salt
Maida – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Pudina powder – 1/2 tsp
Cheese powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion powder – 1/2 tsp
Masala Roti / Tadka Chapati
Roti – 4-5
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Onion sliced – 1
Green Chilli – 1 chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh Coriander – handful leafs
Amchoor – 1 tsp
Steamed Poha Recipe
Poha – 2 cups
Water – to wash pohe
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Lemon – ½ small, juiced
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaf – 5-6
Fresh Coriander – handful
Jeeravan / Jiralu Masala / Amchoor – ½ tsp
Salted Peanuts, Bhujia Sev, Anar to garnish & enjoy

Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
