Celery apple smoothie
2/3 cup (160ml) Almond milk or any milk of your choice
1/2 Green apple, chopped
1 Celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey (optional)
1 teaspoon Grated ginger (optional)
Pina colada smoothie
3/4 cup (180ml) Coconut milk
80g Pineapple, frozen or fresh
2 tablespoons (12g) Desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup/honey (optional)
Kale smoothie
3/4 cup (180ml) Almond milk or any milk of your choice
1oz (30g) Kale
1/2 banana
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup/honey (optional)
Iced coffee
1/2 cup (120ml) Oat milk or any milk of your choice
1/2 cup (120ml) Coffee, cooled
4-5 Ice cubes
1 Medjool date or 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup/honey (optional)
Post workout protein shake
3/4 cup (180ml) Almond milk or any milk of your choice
1 scoop Whey protein powder
2oz (60g) Mango, frozen
Carrot shake
2/3 cup (160ml) Water/orange juice/milk of choice
1 carrot, medium
1/2 Apple
1 tablespoon Honey/maple syrup
Ice
Directions:
1. To the blender, add the milk, then the rest of the ingredients.
2. Blend for 1-2 cycles.
3. Pour into a glass/cup/jar and enjoy!
4. To clean the blender, add some soap, water and blend for 1 cycle. Then wipe the blender with a dry, clean towel.
