All Purpose Flour Buttercream Not So Sweet | Ermine Buttercream
How to make a smooth, silky and creamy buttercream that is not so sweet and buttery? You will love this cooked flour buttercream or Ermine buttercream.
1/4 cup all purpose flour (30g)
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
1/4 tsp salt (2g)
1 and ½ cup whole milk (340ml) fresh or evap milk will do
1 cup unsalted butter (220g) skip the salt if you are using salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract (5g)
