I made this cake often when I was little, I didn’t add cinnamon then but now I love adding cinnamon to give it a twist..This is a very simple cake you can easily make and you will love it..
Each bite has a touch of cinnamon & a little tartness of the apple..

INGREDIENTS:
-180g All purpose flour (from this 1 tbsp to coat the apples)
-180g Butter -using salted, soften
-160g Sugar
-2 Large eggs- room temperature
-160g baking Apples- 11/2 medium size apples, peeled, cored and cut in to 1/2 inch cubes
-1 tsp Cinnamon powder (using 1/2tsp to coat the apples)
-1 tsp Baking powder
-1 tsp Baking soda
-1/4 tsp Salt
Pan: 8 inch round pan grease and lined with a parchment paper on the bottom
Bake:
350F (180C) degrees
40-45 minutes (depends on the oven)
