Ingredients –
2 – Potatoes (Starchy Potatoes are the best choice) I used Kestrel Potatoes
1 Tbs – Olive Oil
10 Cracks – Black Pepper
1 tsp – Sea Salt
1/2 – Spring Onion (Scallion), thinly Sliced (Only use Green Part)
3/4 Cup – Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup – Sour Cream
2 Tbs – Salted Butter
