TODAY’S RECIPE IS Banana Cake in Fry Pan | Easy Banana Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
One ripe banana
Mashed well
Sugar 1/2 cup
One egg (you can skip it)
Oil 1/4 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Non stick pan
Grease oil
Spread some sugar
Banana slices
Turn on the flame
Place a tawa
Heat the tawa for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 min place the fry pan
Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
