4 egg yolks
vegetable oil 1/4 cup (50g)
orange juice 1/3 cup (67g)
cake flour ½ cup+1 tbsp (72g)
salt ½ tsp (3g)
4 egg whites
1/3 cup of sugar (67g)

Pan size is 6×3 inches.
