Ube Polvoron Recipe
Here you go my lovelies, i wanna share with you my original recipe of Ube Polvoron. Enjoy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
For Ube Flakes:
200 grams of boiled ube or purple yam (boiled, mashed, baked and dried)
For polvoron:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups full cream powdered milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp concentrated ube flavoring
2 tbsp water+2 tbsp ube flavoring
