Beetroot salad(3 ways)
Hi guys
For this recipe you will need :
1kg of raw beet root peeled and cooked
**the below measurements are for 1kg of beetroot
Salad 1
Add the following
1 cup vinegar
Pinch salt
1 heaped tablespoon sugar
Salad 2
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chutney
Parsley garnish
Pinch salt
Salad 3
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup greet salad
1/4 cup feta cheese
Parsley and chilli flakes garnish
