Belizean Potato Salad | Potato Salad Recipe
Rich and creamy potato salad was something we ate almost every Sunday in Belize with rice and beans, stew chicken and fry plantain. Perfectly delicious in every way.
👩🏻🍳 BELIZEAN POTATO SALAD
1 lb. russet potato
3 eggs
½ tbs salt (add to pot with potato and eggs to boil)
1 can 8.5 oz peas & carrots, drained
2 tbs onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup Heinz Original salad cream
1/3 cup evaporated milk
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt
