Today, let’s make a momo recipe which is truly unique, Name wise it is Veg Bhutani Momos, taste wise fantastic! These are similar to chilli and gravy momos, but different at the same time!

Ingredients:

Cabbage : 1 Small (grated)
Carrot – 1
Onion – 2
Garlic – 5-6
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Salt – to taste
Spring Onion – 2 tbsp
Pepper – to taste
Oil – 1 tsp
Momo Dough – Maida – 200g
Salt – to taste
Water – to make dough
Oil – to fry / Water – to steam
For Coating – Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 3 tbsp
Stuffing of momos – 3-4 tbsp
Capsicum – few pieces
Green chilli – 2-3 chopped
Momo Chutney – 4 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to season
Flavoring Salt – 1 pinch
Water – 1 cup
Corn starch – 1 tbsp
Spring Onions – to garnish

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable – C
Good NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream – m
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
