1 cur dry red wine
1 tsp tomato paste
3 bay leaves
2 rosemary
salt and pepper
Gremolata Recipe:
zest from 1 lemon
1 rosemary
mint leeaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano
Risotto Alla Milanese Recipe:
1.5 cup risotto (arborio rice)
1 stick butter
1 small onion
1 shallot
1 garlic
1 cup dry white wine
4 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp saffron + 2 tbsp hot water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
