*Bread recipe ingredients:*
Add 300 milliliters of warm water (1 1/5 cups) to the bowl.
1 teaspoon salt (5 grams).
Stir to dissolve the salt.
480 grams of flour (3 cups).
2 teaspoons baking powder (10 grams).
Stir with a spoon.
Knead the dough by hand for 2 minutes.
The dough is soft and not sticky.
Cover dough and let it rest 15 minutes.
Melt 150 grams of butter (1/2 cup).
Sprinkle the table with flour and place the dough.
This bread recipe is so easy that you can make it every day.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and make thick rolls.
Cut the dough into 8 pieces.
Roll up the balls.
Keep the dough covered while you work with it.
That way it won’t dry out.
Roll the dough thinly with a rolling pin.
Diameter of rolled dough approximately 26 centimeters (10 inches).
Brush the dough with melted butter.
Sprinkle some flour.
Fold the dough into a square shape.
Repeat these steps with the remaining pieces of dough.
The bread will have 9 layers, which makes it very tasty.
Place the raw flatbreads in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
When the butter is frozen, the flat breads are easier to roll.
Thickness 2 millimeters.
Align the edges.
Heat up a frying pan, cook over medium heat.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Each bread is fried for about 3 minutes.
Cover with a towel immediately.
This will keep the flatbread soft.
Prepare the rest of the raw flatbreads in this way.
The bread turns out flaky and very soft.
If you have leftover melted butter, brush it on the finished bread.
Very easy to tear by hand, the dough is super soft.
