I am only using some milk, cheese to make the white sauce..If you can’t find Alfredo sauce easily, try this out!!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Pasta- I am using a thin spaghetti
2 Cups Broccoli (washed & drained)- You can use any vegetable
1 1/2 Cups Button mushroom (washed & drained)
1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk (Full fat Milk)
2 Tbsp of Capers (optional)
1 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
2 Tsp of Soy sauce
3-4 Cloves of chopped Garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp of Flour (All purpose flour)
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt for taste
Pepper
2-3 Tbsps of Olive oil (extra oil for pasta as well)
Large pan to boil pasta
Large pan to make the pasta dish
