INGREDIENTS

For Buko Pandan Jelly
✔️1 sachet Gelatin powder (Buko Pandan Flavor)
✔️¼ cup sugar
✔️5 cups water

For “Buko” Jelly String
✔️1 sachet unflavored Gelatin powder
✔️¼ cup sugar
✔️3 cups water
✔️1 cup evaporated milk (or fresh milk or coconut milk)

TO ASSEMBLE
✔️2 cans / pouches All-purpose cream
✔️1 can condensed milk
✔️1 cup tapioca pearls (cooked)
