Chicken Floss Buns Easy Recipe
How to make Chicken Floss Buns?
This recipe yields 12 buns. Enjoy baking darlings! 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need:

For the chicken floss:
500 grams cooked and shredded chicken meat
3 tablespoons of soy sauce (30g)
¼ cup brown sugar (50g)

Buns:
½ cup water (125ml)
½ cup fresh milk (125ml)
1 egg
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3¼ cup all purpose flour (405g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 tablespoons softened butter (40g) (salted or unsalted)

OVEN – Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s specification. I’m using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.

YEAST – Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there’s one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.

MILK- you can use evap or fresh milk, lukewarm or room temp.
