Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Cups Cooked Chicken (chopped or shredded)
1 Cup Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped)
1 Cup Sweet Onions (diced)
1 Cup Celery (finely diced)
1 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
2/3 Cups Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Parsley
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients above and mix together well.
It’s best if it’s chilled in the refrigerator for about one hour before serving.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with Ritz crackers, or on a sweet bun or croissant.
