Capsicum – ½
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli – 2
Salt – to taste
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Msg – 1 pinch (optional)
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Schezwan chutney – 1 tbsp
Red food color – optional
Corn Starch – ½ cup
Maida – ½ cup
Rice flour – ½ cup
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli – ½ tsp
Oil – to deep fry

Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
