Chocolate biscuit pudding- No bake, quick & easy
This is an easy chocolate biscuit pudding or Marie biscuit pudding.

I am using Marie biscuits and on this recipe..these are the ingredients..try it out and let me know 🙂

Yield:6-8

Ingredients:
24 Marie biscuits (any biscuit you prefer)
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
1 cup of hot water

For the pudding:
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of corn starch (Can substitute with flour, but should cook for a minute to get rid of flour taste)
2 table spoons of cocoa powder
2 cups of whole milk (regular drinking milk)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips

Let it set in the fridge for about 4-6 hours or overnight(which is better)
DO NOT FREEZE
