Before frosting this is a 750g cake

INGREDIENTS
CAKE:
-150g (1 1/4cup) All purpose flour
-60g Cocoa (1/2 cup)
-1 tsp (5g) Baking powder
-1 tsp (5g) Baking Soda
-1/2 tsp (3g) Salt
-200g (1 cup) Sugar, granulated
-1 large Eggs (60g), room temperature
-118ml (1/2 cup) Milk, warm (Regular/full fat, whole)
-118ml (1/2 cup) Coffee, warm (I used 1 tsp instant coffee to make this, you can brew regular coffee) Coffee doesn’t give any coffee taste to the cake, it enhance the chocolate flavor
-60ml (1/4 cup) Vegetable oil, any light oil that has no strong taste/smell
-1 tsp Vanilla extract

FORSTING:
-170g (3/4 cup)Butter, room temperature soften (I am using salted, unsalted would be better)
-450g (3+3/4 cup) Confectioners/ Icing Sugar, sifted
-23g (3 tbsp)Cocoa Powder
-2 tbsp (30g) Milk (you can also substitute this with heavy whipping cream)
-1 tsp Vanilla extract

GANACHE:
-114g (04oz) Semi sweet chocolate
-85g (03oz) Heavy whipping cream
* You can use 1:1 ratio if you prefer which will give a more runny consistency to the ganache

PAN:
– I am using two 6 inch pans
– You can use this recipe in one 8 inch pan as well

NOZZLE:
-109 Wilton

BAKE:
Pre heat oven for about 20 minutes then bake for 35-40 minutes. Baking time will differ with oven
